Run the iTunes on your Mac, navigate to Preferences > Advanced. Select the option Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library. Then open the Trash and drag the music files to your desktop, then drag it to the iTunes. The selected music file will be added to the iTunes library.

Method 5: Recover Deleted TXT, Documents from an Older Version of a Document on Mac without Software

Open a document file on Mac and navigate to File > Revert to. And you can browse all versions of the file. Select the version of the document and click Restore.
